Kenwood and JDA Get Measurable Results with SYNQY

JDA has been utilizing SYNQY technology with Kenwood for over a year in two different ways: Product Promotions and General Product Information. The SYNQY technology allows JDA to deliver a Kenwood brand experience on 3rd party websites. SYNQY provides a solution that turns static brand assets into rich, dynamic points of engagement. Below are the results for this past quarter:


Kenwood Ups Their Social Media Presence

Tony Mercado, Marketing Manager at Kenwood, called upon JDA and Erin Gershik of jBoy Media to create a cohesive social media strategy that will ultimately strengthen their brand and increase sales. So far we are off to a great start.

Branding and Content

JDA’s first step was to take all of Kenwood’s current outlets: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn and brand them consistently across all platforms. We also created a WordPress Blog that would serve as their main source of branded content.

In addition, JDA created technology and product videos to be shared on all social media outlets. Below are links to some of the digital content.

 

Results

Overall, Kenwood has gone from doing sporadic posts to having more specific posts with better imagery. There is Social Media cross-pollination and a marketing integration plan which ensures all client channels are integrated and draw on one another. A great benefit to having an outside source manage the postings meant there are better response times to questions and negative feedback.
